The weight measured by the electronic balance (g) divided by the number of particles intelligently counted by the core system multiplied by 1000=thousand particle weight (g/1000 particles). Place the scattered seeds on an imaging disc, which is placed on an electronic balance with an RS232 communication cable. After 1 second of stabilization, the weight data will be sent to the corresponding weight column of the analysis system in the computer. At the same time, the number of seeds in the viewing area will be automatically photographed and analyzed to calculate the thousand particle weight value of the sample. The entire thousand particle weight analysis process takes less than 9 seconds. Simplify the entire thousand particle weight analysis process into only 2 steps: taking photos, weighing and printing.
Note: The analysis of thousand particle weight for dark or colored seeds requires imaging using a backlit ultra-thin lightbox worktable, and then pouring the seeds into an electronic balance container. After a stable time of 1 second, the thousand particle weight is automatically analyzed and obtained.

The maximum amount of samples for a single analysis is 80-150g of beans or corn, 40g of wheat, 35g of cottonseed, 25g of rice, 20g of rapeseed, 16g of tobacco wrapped seeds, and 15g of cottonseed.
Thousand particle weight analysis speed: 1200~20000 particles/minute (the entire measurement process takes less than 9 seconds).
Applicable particle types: various types of particles with a basic smooth surface.
Numerical analysis error: Approximately circular seeds such as corn, wheat, rapeseed, japonica rice, millet, soybeans, red beans, mung beans, cowpeas, broad beans, white kidney beans, barley, pumpkin seeds, peanut seeds, etc., with a tolerance of ≤± 0.1%. Thin and elongated seeds such as rice grains, indica rice, and melon seeds have a tolerance of ≤± 0.4%. A very small number of particles can achieve 100% accuracy after monitoring and correction.
It can be connected to a barcode gun to automatically scan the sample number, and the results of thousand particle weight analysis can be output to an EXCEL table corresponding to the sample number. The analysis image labeling results can be saved.
